Initial Comments:
An off site follow up survey was conducted on 9/24/2021, Home Instead Senior Care, corrected the deficiencies cited under PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an unannounced home care agency state re-licensure survey completed on 8/3/2021.
